Connie Lenzen CGRS, winner of the “1995 Award of Excellence” from the National Genealogical Society is currently the President of the Genealogical Forum of Oregon in Portland. She compiled The Oregon Guide to Genealogical Sources and is well known for her entertaining and enthusiastic speaking style. A former teacher, she is the owner of a genealogical research business now.
Merrill Mosher CG, is a specialist in colonial Virginia
and North Carolina research, in tracing ancestors east, and in pioneers
of Oregon and California. The breadth of her research experience brings
her audience a unique learning experience and makes her a frequent lecturer
throughout Oregon. She was a lecturer at the National Genealogical Society
Conference in Portland. She has been a member of the National Genealogical
Society since 1980,
serves
as a trustee of the Association of Professional Genealogists, and is a
member of the Genealogical Speakers Guild.
Norma Eid is currently the President of the Willamette Valley Genealogical Society and a well-known expert in identifying old photographs. Her lecture covers photography from its infancy to modern times. She has numerous examples of almost every type of negative and explains how they were done in days gone by.
Patrecia C. Glau is new to Lincoln County and is currently the Oregon Representative for the California State Genealogical Alliance, a member of the Association for Professional Genealogists, and compiler of two books describing genealogical collections in each county in California. In 1997 she was the editor for the Federation of Genealogical Societies Membership Book. She has been a genealogical instructor for the past 11 years and is now teaching classes in Newport.
