How Does It Work?
• First, decide what kind of web site you want: •Think about whether you want graphics, music, a guest book, visitor counter, etc., as well as what colors you'd like to have, and what you want the purpose of your page to be. Do you want to educate, inform, entertain, etc? • Fill out the Inquiry Form and email it to me. You may include any questions you have either in the form or by sending me separate email. • After receiving
your message, I will evaluate what you've requested and ask for any clarification
needed. Using the information you've given me, I will create a description
of your proposed site and an estimate of the cost, then will send you an
email message containing a proposal and an agreement to sign.
The Dirty Details • When we've worked out the details I'll ask you to send a signed copy of the agreement, along with a retainer for one-half the estimated total, via snail mail. Payment must be in U.S. dollars and may be made with a personal or business check, cashier's check, or money order. When the check clears the bank, work on your site will begin. • I will notify you via email when your page is ready for viewing and provide you with the URL for a password-protected site to view the work. Your page will remain at that site for one day. After reviewing your site, notify me by email as to your approval or any tweaking that needs to be done. Send the remainder of the balance due, and as soon as that check clears the bank I will notify you by email that your files are ready for uploading as we've previously agreed. To
